Yes. The tours are optimised for smartphones and open straight in the browser without an app.
Yes. Owners’ rooms, storerooms or personal items can be left out or hidden, and family photos can be blurred. You also decide whether the tour is public, link-only or password-protected.
Yes, especially when guests need reassurance in advance. Our own flat, La Terraza Río y Mar, is an apartment with a tour.
The first year is included. From the second year there is a small annual fee to keep the tour online. The exact amount is set out in the quote.
Under normal conditions the measuring accuracy is around one per cent. It doesn’t replace an architect’s plans, but it’s a good basis for planning furniture or renovation ideas.
Yes. For buyers from abroad, a tour is often the first viewing. Anyone who already knows the rooms and layout comes to the appointment better prepared.
