Listing Film
A high-quality film that shows your property in a structured yet atmospheric way: rooms, flow, light and outdoor areas. Guests get a clear impression and a first feel for the stay.
Around 45 to 90 seconds, roughly half a day of filming on site. Ideal for website, platforms and brochure.
Signature Film
More time on site, more detail and stronger storytelling. The focus is on light moods, lifestyle scenes, outdoor areas and surroundings. Sunset and evening footage is included.
Around one and a half to two and a half minutes, roughly one to one and a half days of filming on site. For houses that should spark real anticipation.

We agree the date, shooting plan and preparation of the property with you, including styling and staging if needed.

Bri operates the camera with calm, considered shots. For the Signature Film we also film at sunset and in the evening.

We edit the film, choose suitable music and grade the colours. You see the film beforehand and give us feedback.

Within 21 working days of filming you receive the finished film, provided as a YouTube or Vimeo link.
What owners often ask before a film shoot.
Not necessarily. Photos draw attention on the platforms, a film convinces emotionally. Many owners start with photos and add a film later. We’ll advise you on what makes sense in your case.
Both are high quality and atmospheric. The Listing Film shows the layout of the property and a first feel for the stay in compact form. The Signature Film takes more time for details, light and surroundings and stages the stay as an experience.
You receive a YouTube or Vimeo link that you can embed on your website or share directly.
