A good fit if you’re looking for a clear, high-quality basis for your listing or deliberately want to use fewer images. Guide: around 20 to 45 images, depending on the size of the property.

More time on site for light, perspectives and details. Plus outdoor areas, lifestyle scenes such as the table laid in the evening and, where it fits, small decorative touches. The presentation stays realistic and respects the style of your property.
Our recommendation for houses with several bedrooms, terrace, garden or pool that appeal to families, couples and groups. Guide: around 35 to 85 images.

From the first conversation to the finished images. You always know what happens next.

In a short call, video call or happily in person, we work out which shots your property needs and where you’ll use them.

You receive a quote with scope and price. Once you confirm, we set the date and send you a short preparation checklist.

On the agreed day we are on site and work largely independently. If the weather doesn’t play along, we let you know beforehand and arrange a new date.

You receive a pre-selection with our recommendations marked. You have the final say.

Within ten working days of the shoot you receive the edited images in full resolution and in versions optimised for platforms.
What owners often ask before a photo shoot.
A little. Beforehand you receive a short checklist, for example for tidy surfaces, made beds and working lights. With Premium we also take time for styling and details.
Outdoor shots need good light. If the weather is unfavourable, we let you know beforehand and suggest a new date. Andalusia has plenty of beautiful days in winter too, and after editing you usually can’t tell the season from the photos.
Yes. You may use the images privately and commercially without restrictions: on every platform, on your website and on social media.
In full resolution and additionally in versions optimised for platforms, so Airbnb, Booking and the like display them properly.
